Why Us
We started as a hardwood flooring business that sanded, stained, and laid floors in local homes, close work that leaves no room for a gap or an uneven board. Today we build whole houses, from the slab to the trim, and still lay floors.

Questions
We build and remodel homes for families across East Baton Rouge, Ascension, Livingston, West Baton Rouge, Iberville, and St. James parishes. That includes Addis, Baton Rouge, Central, Denham Springs, Donaldsonville, Geismar, Gonzales, Gramercy, Plaquemine, Prairieville, Sorrento, St. Amant, St. Gabriel, St. George, Walker, and Zachary.
Yes, we hold Louisiana residential contractor license 884790, and we are insured. The license comes from the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors, and you can look up any contractor on the board's website by name or number before you sign.
Yes, we build custom homes on lots our customers already own. Before plans are drawn, the lot's flood zone and base flood elevation (the flood height the FEMA map sets for it) need to be confirmed with your parish or city floodplain office, because those numbers set how high the house has to sit and how much dirt goes under it.
Louisiana's New Home Warranty Act sets the minimum coverage a builder owes on a new home. Workmanship and materials are covered for one year; the plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for two years; and major structural defects for five years. The two-year coverage is for the systems themselves, not the appliances, fixtures, and pieces of equipment attached to them.
