1. Services

Ted Thibodeaux Construction LLC is a licensed Louisiana residential contractor providing custom home building, roofing, home additions, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, hardwood floor refinishing, flooring installation, window replacement, house painting, demolition, and land grading in Baton Rouge and the surrounding parishes. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We may refuse or stop work where it would be unsafe or unlawful to continue.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are not binding unless they are confirmed in writing. The final price may differ from an estimate because of changes in scope, materials, site conditions, or issues that could not reasonably be seen before work began.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. Payments are handled outside the website, directly with us. Payment terms are set out in any written agreement for a project. Unpaid balances may be pursued through lawful collection actions.

4. Site Access

You are responsible for giving us safe access to the property and the work area. Please secure pets and point out any known hazards before work starts.

5. Privacy

How we handle information you share with us is explained on the Privacy Policy page on this website.

6. Intellectual Property

The text, photographs, and design of this website belong to Ted Thibodeaux Construction LLC. You may view and share them for personal use, but you may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided as described in any written agreement for a project. Outside that agreement, we make no guarantee of a particular outcome or timeline unless it is agreed in writing. Photographs on this website show past work and are illustrations, not a promise of a specific result on your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, material shortages, or permit and inspection schedules. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service that gave rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right that Louisiana law gives you and that cannot be waived.
